Christian Kuhna is currently involved in bringing the MOOC model of online learning into Adidas’ corporate training. “We want to integrate the great stuff on the internet into our learning offerings”, he said. Speaking at a Global Dialogue on a New Way of Working, Learning and Innovating, he also suggested that online courses, first used internally, could well be opened up to appeal to a wider audience.
This is part of his broader belief that ideas out of training departments in companies should be just as innovative as any other department’s.”Innovation in a company isn’t just what people designing new products should do,” said Kuhna.
“Innovation should be everybody’s job.”
